Hiring Policy
1. Placing an Order
- Select the product you wish to rent on our website.
- Choose your preferred rental date.
- Complete your order by providing your shipping details and payment information.
- A security deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The deposit will be fully refunded once the product is returned safely, provided it is not lost, damaged, or missing any parts.
2. Receiving the Product
- Once your order has been confirmed, we will ship the product to the delivery address provided a day before your rental day.
- We will arrange both delivery and collection of the rental product to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.
- All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in good working condition.
3. Returning the Product
- We will arrange the collection of the product from the same address where it was delivered, a day after your rental date.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for collection at the agreed time.
- Any delay in returning the product may result in additional charges, as outlined below.
4. Deposit Refund and Product Inspection
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will carry out a full inspection.
- If the product is returned in its original condition, with no damage or missing parts, your full deposit will be refunded.
- If the product is damaged, lost, or incomplete, part or all of the deposit may be retained to cover repair or replacement costs, depending on the extent of the damage or loss.
5. Late Returns
- A late return fee of £10 per day will be deducted from your deposit if the product is not returned within the agreed rental period.
- In cases of excessive delay, additional action may be taken, and the deposit may be withheld in full.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 6 months before the rental date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 2 months before the rental date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 months before the rental date.
Artificial flowers are incredibly easy to take care and require minimal maintenance. Simply clean them regularly with water to keep them free from dust, and avoid storing them in direct sunlight or near radiators to maintain their optimal condition.
Once you have placed your order, the order will be prepared and dispatched within a timeframe of 6-8 weeks. For domestic (UK) orders, the standard shipping time is typically 2-3 business days, while international orders may take approximately 6-8 business days to arrive.
While we guarantee dispatch within 6-8 weeks of placing the order, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to the courier service. To ensure timely delivery for special occasions like weddings, we recommend placing your order at least 2 months in advance for customers in the UK, and 3 months in advance for international customers. This allows for any unforeseen circumstances and provides ample time for your bouquet to reach you on time.
For orders shipped to Germany, France, Ireland, the
Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, and the USA, applicable duty
fees and import taxes will be included at checkout. No additional taxes or fees
will be required upon receipt of your parcel.
For orders shipped to other countries, please
note that import duties, taxes, or other fees may be applied by local customs
authorities upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the
responsibility of the recipient.
