Returns and refunds
Every piece is made and packed with care, so we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at admin@fynwuk.com, with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- We’ll confirm the return and arrange the return shipping for you, at no cost to you.
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging if possible.
- Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll refund you in full, including your original delivery cost, to your original payment method.
Items we can’t accept back
We can’t accept returns or offer refunds for items that aren’t damaged or faulty, or that have been used.
