Each piece is made to order, so the time needed to prepare it varies. You’ll find the processing time for each item on its product page.

These are estimates, and delivery times can occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of customs checks.

Duties and taxes

For orders to Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Norway and the USA, duties and import taxes are included at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other countries, local customs may charge duties or taxes when your order arrives, and these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Your delivery address

Please check that the name and delivery address on your order are correct. If there’s a problem with the address, we’ll contact you. If we can’t confirm the correct details, we may need to cancel the order.

Import rules in your country

Some countries have rules about importing dried or artificial flowers. Before ordering, please check that these items are allowed into your country. We’re unable to take responsibility if an order is held or refused by customs because of local import rules.

Designs with dried flowers

A few loose petals may come away in the box during shipping. This is completely normal and won’t affect the overall look of your design.

Hire

Our hire service is available in the UK only. Hire flowers are sent by courier to arrive at least 3 days before your wedding, and are collected 2 days after. See How hire works for full details.
