Other Policies
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address details given on the order are correct. Please ensure the name and delivery address is correct, if it is not then we will need to cancel the order.
VERY IMPORTANT: Buyers are responsible to check their own country regulations that dried flowers, silk flowers or any of the other items are allowed to enter their country. In case of a problem our shop will not accept any responsibility.
If the order came back because of insufficient address or get lost in shipping process. It has compensation value up to £20 for local order and £50 for international order .
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address on the invoice or no-one is home at the address, then we regretfully cannot refund the cost of the parcel postage, and there will be an additional delivery cost to re-send.
For product including dried flowers: There may be some loose petals in the box during shipping, but this will not affect the overall look of your design.
