For UK orders, we recommend ordering at least 2 months before your wedding. For international orders, at least 3 months, so there is plenty of time for making and delivery.

We completely understand plans can change. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.

It depends on the delivery method and destination. You will see the estimated delivery time for each option at checkout.

Yes. Flowers to keep can be shipped worldwide, and usually arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and customs fees or import taxes may apply in some countries.

Every piece is made and packed with care, so we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please see our full refund policy for details.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange the return at no cost to you, and refund you in full once we have received the item.

Absolutely. Share your colours and ideas using the form on our Custom Order page, and we will reply within 2 working days to talk through your design.

Please confirm your custom order at least 3 months before your wedding, or 4 months in peak season (March to June). Your flowers are delivered about 1 month before your wedding.

We choose flowers based on your colours and ideas, then fine-tune the shades together with you until they are just right.

Yes. We send you photos of your finished flowers to approve before posting.

Yes. You can change anything until we start making your flowers.

We use luxury artificial flowers, chosen to look fresh and natural all day, and some designs include dried elements.

Yes. Our flowers are chosen for their realistic colours and textures, so they look natural in person and in your wedding photos.

Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from damp. To refresh them, dust gently with a soft brush or a hairdryer on a cool setting, and store them in their box.
